Parasites
Lately, there’s been a lot of buzz online and in social media—especially on TikTok—about parasite “cleanses.” My phone seems to be ringing off the hook lately with people asking me what I recommend for a "parasite cleanse." I always ask, "Do you know you have parasites?" Usually, people have no idea, but they have symptoms they have heard could all be related to "parasites!"
Or, as one elderly woman who likely isn't on social media told me, "her daughter" thinks she might have parasites! Let's take a closer look...

•- Viral videos show 'worms' in stool (often just fiber or mucus!)
•- Claims range from fatigue to brain fog to "everyone has them"

🧹 The Parasite Lifecycle Cleanup Crew
Your herbal dream team, each with a special assignment
🔍 Clove Bud – The Egg Assassin
Clove is the sharp-eyed scout with laser focus—its job is to seek and destroy parasite eggs before they hatch and start trouble. No future invaders on this crew’s watch!
🐛 Wormwood – The Warrior Against Adults
Wormwood goes straight for the grown-ups—the active, crawling parasites. With its bitter compounds like thujone, it weakens and kills the adult invaders.
🐣 Black Walnut – The Larvae Bouncer
Black Walnut tackles the larval stage, where parasites are trying to dig in and settle down. Its astringent, anti-parasitic properties act like a force field, flushing them out before they gain ground.
💨 Elecampane – The Expeller
Elecampane’s role is to escort parasites out of the building—supporting gut motility and lung detox (for the migratory types). Think of it as the exit door operator with a big broom!
🔥 Horseradish – The Mucus Blaster
Parasites love to hide under mucus and biofilm. Horseradish comes in with a power washer, clearing away their hideouts and exposing them to the rest of the crew.
🛡️ Oregon Grape – The Ground Sterilizer
Oregon Grape doesn’t just kill—it cleans up the terrain, using antimicrobial and bitter compounds to disinfect and stimulate bile flow, making your gut unfriendly to squatters.
🌿 Ginger – The Peacekeeper & Support Staff
Ginger keeps the whole operation smooth and stable. It reduces nausea, improves digestion, and ensures your gut feels calm and steady during the cleanse.
